If you have a primary care
physician you might want to check with him or her first to be sure it's okay and
to be sure you're following the right procedures for your insurance company or
health plan. When you call please
provide all your doctors' names so we can get any helpful test results and
paperwork sent here for our surgeons to review ahead of time.
If you don't have a primary care physician call us, and we'll set up an appointment for you here or help you get an appointment with a good primary doctor locally, if that seems appropriate and desirable.
