Multivitamin

 
1 chewable adult’s vitamin (e.g. Centrum chewable), spray vitamin, or chewable children’s vitamin daily

 
2 chewable children’s vitamins daily

or 

1 adult (non-chewable) multi-vitamin daily


Do not take on an empty stomach.

Do not take with tea, coffee, or cola.


Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 500 mcg tablet daily

or 

500 mcg injection monthly (prescribed by doctor)

 
Do not take on an empty stomach.

Calcium

 
2 Viactive daily

 
2 Citracal 600 mg daily

2 Viactive daily

 
Do not take at same time as iron.

Take with food or liquid but not with tea, coffee, or cola.

For menstruating women, take one 325 mg ferrous sulfate twice daily.

 
Do not take at same time as calcium.

Take with food but not with tea, coffee, or cola.

If it causes nausea or upset stomach, try a form of iron called “Slow Fe.”
