Bariatric Surgery Program

This is a cooperative effort by Casco Bay Surgery and Maine Medical Center to provide patients with morbid obesity access to advanced laparoscopic approaches to weight loss (bariatric) surgery. We have been performing Laparoscopic Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass since 1999 and began offering the LAP-BAND procedure in 2006. Our surgeons are experts with laparoscopy, GI endoscopy and minimally-invasive surgical techniques.
